Pousbo featured on King-5’s ‘Evening Magazine’ Thursday

POULSBO — Poulsbo’s day in the sunlight has come early, with a segment on the sights of the Viking City.

King-5’s “Evening Magazine” will show the segment on Thursday’s broadcast, according to a statement from the Greater Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce. The show starts at 7 p.m.

The segment was filmed in late July as part of a series that profiles communities close enough for day trips.

The “Just a ferry ride away” series has profiled Bainbridge Island, with plans to showcase Orcas Island and other destinations that only cost as much as passage on the ferries.
