Dick “Squeak” Teames, 82
Dick “Squeak” Teames formerly of Poulsbo died Dec. 15, 2007 in British Columbia, Canada. He was 82.
Teames worked at a variety of jobs in Kitsap County and for B.C. Ferries in Canada. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard aboard the Tigress sub-chaser.
He raised his children on a dairy farm in Big Valley. Later, he moved with his family to a tugboat in the Poulsbo Marina rebuilt by himself and his wife and headed for British Columbia, Canada.
Teames is survived by his wife Lorena; son Tye; daughters Sherry (Russ), Marca (Dave) and Kimberly; brother Jim; sister Marlene; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
