Shamron Lee Tiry | Passages

SUQUAMISH — Shamron L Tiry, a lifelong resident of North Kitsap, passed away unexpectedly after a tragic auto accident on June 3, 2017.

He was 46 years old.

Shamron is survived by his wife, Rosemarie Tiry; his children, Michael Leigh, Gage Leigh and Brooklyn Lawler; his grandson, Harlem; and numerous extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael Lowe and Margaret Lowe.

Shamron was born on April 4, 1971 in Vancouver, Washington, and his family later moved to Kitsap County. One of eight children, he spent most of his life on or near the Port Madison Indian Reservation. He attended North Kitsap High School and had an early career as a logger before settling into a career as a local mechanic and landscaper.

He loved music, sports and spending time with the children in his family. He will be greatly missed.

Services for Shamron are scheduled for 2 p.m. June 10, 2017 at the Suquamish United Church of Christ in Suquamish.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Epilepsy Foundation.
