Heather Dawn Chapman Flasher was born in Denver, Colorado, on Oct. 5, 1971, to Allan V. Chapman, III and Janet K. Chapman. She passed away on Oct. 31, 2016, at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton.

Heather will be remembered for her sweet and kind disposition and ever-positive attitude.
