John Rudolph Kisser passed away on Aug. 30 at Forest Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Bremerton. He was born on Jan. 3, 1936 and was 81 years of age.

Interment and final military honors took place Oct. 17 at Tahoma National Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
