Drury is Port Orchard’s new municipal court judge

PORT ORCHARD — The City of Port Orchard has a new municipal court judge.

Timothy Drury, a criminal law attorney in Kitsap County who has practiced law for the past 27 years, was named to the court and announced by the city Nov. 15.

The first 24 years of his practice were as part of the Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, city officials announced in a news release. Drury has been a criminal defense attorney as a sole practitioner for three years.

Drury has some experience serving on the bench. He has presided over the City of Port Orchard and City of Bremerton municipal courts as a pro-tem judge.
