We are newcomers to Poulsbo, and we are impressed by Mayor Becky Erickson’s attitude toward her community and constituents.

We were very surprised to find shortly after our arrival that we could visit with Becky face to face on Saturdays, which we did.

We found her to be honest and open about her plans for Poulsbo.

The first thing she said was that she’s a fiscal conservative. She told us about purchasing daffodil bulbs for the community to plant to beautify the city. By including the community to do the planting, the cost was minimal and the results were plain to see this spring.

We believe that Becky will continue to do her best to improve our community.
