Paying more for services and not receiving them is morally wrong

To the 1,600-plus residents of Rocky Point and Kelly Road:

Sounds like you will become part of the city, even if you don’t vote yourself into the City of Bremerton, with the current Kitsap County regulations.

Beware of people bearing gifts to entice you. If you look at how the City of Bremerton has treated the residents of Marine Drive, Lower Marine Drive, South Marine Drive, Valley Drive and Sundown Drive, you will notice a lack of sidewalks and street lighting that were to be installed upon joining the city. Also notice the lack of sidewalks and lighting on Kitsap Way and around Kitsap Lake that the city annexed.

Paying more for services such as these and not receiving them is morally wrong, but the City of Bremerton would rather rebuild the east side of town than upgrade the west side.
