Looking forward to next Glow in the Dark Treasure Hunt

What an event! Kingston was filled with families Oct. 29 for the Glow in the Dark Treasure Hunt.

I want to thank everyone for their help, contributions and support:

  • Lisa Maxwell of Little City Candy Co. and Tiffany Diamond of Tiffany Diamond Photography. What a great team we make!
  • The North Kitsap Tourism Coalition, for all the help in advertising and funding.
  • The Issa family, for their generous donation to help get this event off the ground.
  • The Food Market in Kingston, for the donation of pumpkins.
  • Kingston Lumber, for the great wood in the fire pits and the Port of Kingston for letting us use their property for bonfires and spooky stories.
  • Cup & Muffin, for the yummy hot chocolate. Thank you!
  • The youth volunteers from the Boys & Girls Club: Izabel Poole, Kaylee Carter, Alexis Harwell, Zaquery Payne, Logan West and Austin West. You guys all rocked!

I would like to thank the merchants that participated the most. Thank you for stepping up and providing a fun family event in Kingston. We are looking forward to next year.
