Double standard for ESPN sports commentator

ESPN sports commentator Jemele Hill goes off on a social media rant, calling the president a “white supremacist” and “bigot.” Many have come to her defense and ESPN “accepts” her apology.

Do you think if any sports commentator would have gone to Twitter or Facebook and made even moderate derogatory remarks about our previous president, that they would have gotten off with just an apology? Absolutely not, and commentators have in fact previously lost their employment.

Double standard? You decide for yourself. (Note: I am not a “white supremacist.”)
