Martha & Mary AT HOME receives 2017 Provider of Choice Award

POULSBO — Martha & Mary has received a 2017 Provider of Choice Award from Home Care Pulse.

Home Care Pulse, a satisfaction research and analysis firm, makes such awards to its clients based on the customer satisfaction scores the firm has gathered. Martha & Mary’s AT HOME program contracted with Home Care Pulse to gather feedback by conducting live phone interviews with its clients each month.

Martha & Mary AT HOME earned the “2017 Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice” award in the following satisfaction categories measured by Home Care Pulse: Ability of Caregivers, Confidence in Office Staff, and Recommended Provider.

“Martha & Mary AT HOME caregivers are special people,” said Diane Wasson, Martha & Mary’s administrator of home and community services. “They bring training, integrity and compassion to every person they serve in Greater Kitsap. This award is both important and significant as it recognizes the high-quality care they provide every day.”

Programs like Martha & Mary must be a Home Care Pulse-certified business for a minimum of 12 consecutive months to be eligible for the award. Kitsap County home care providers who are not clients of Home Care Pulse are not eligible for the award.

Martha & Mary has been caring for Kitsap children, seniors and families for more than 125 years. Martha & Mary services include early learning, senior living, rehab, home care, care management, and long-term care.
